Venue of the month: Virgin’s The Roof Gardens

The Event Works’ expert team of event organisers travel all over the UK, hosting everything from conferences to intimate parties, and have experienced some of the best venues the country has to offer. Every month TEW will be giving you the lowdown on the hottest venues right now, and this month it’s Virgin Limited Edition’s The Roof Gardens…

The Roof Gardens, Kensington High Street, London

We leapt at the chance to organise an awards event in such elevated surroundings. The awards presentation, hosted by the brilliant Marcus Brigstocke, ran smoothly thanks to The Roof Gardens’ excellent events team; and the feedback we received from the few hundred attendees was nothing short of outstanding as a result!

Designed as an oasis from the bustling London streets below, Virgin Limited Edition‘s The Roof Gardens, situated 100 feet above Kensington High Street,  is an exceptional high-end venue. Comprising three themed gardens across 1.5 acres, a private members club, and the renowned Babylon Restaurant, The Roof Gardens is a really versatile space.

“When offered the chance to organise an event at The Roof Gardens, take it!”

An ideal venue for any special event, from awards to launches, from business meetings to corporate hospitality (and even barbecues on balmy summer nights). The hugely helpful on-site organisers can deliver events for as few as 50 guests, up to 500. No other London location boasts the beautiful rooftop gardens, which have become the signature of the venue, with fully-grown oak and fruit trees, a flowing stream stocked with fish, and, of course, the infamous resident flamingos.

The Roof Gardens provides an unbeatable backdrop for any event.
